Patient Care Coordinator – Part-Time (Great Neck Area)

We’re currently seeking a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator who is reliable, friendly, and motivated to deliver excellent patient experiences. This position has the potential to become full-time as we continue to grow.

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Rotating weekends may be required at our Forest Hills office .

Your Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage phone calls professionally
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify and process dental insurance claims
• Assist patients with inquiries and treatment coordination
• Ensure the front office runs smoothly and efficiently

Who We’re Looking For:

• Spanish-speaking is required
• Must have reliable transportation to Forest Hills
• Excellent communication and a warm, professional demeanor
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Strong multitasking and administrative skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Dental office experience is a plus, but strong customer service skills and willingness to learn are equally valued!
