Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: WeCare Alliance NJ (Remote, In-Home, and/or Community-Based)
Pay Rate: $75/hour
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible Schedule)

Job Description:
WeCare Alliance NJ is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and provide therapeutic services to individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and their families. As an LCSW with WeCare, you will play a key role in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and offering counseling and advocacy in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and mental health evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including BCBAs, DSPs, and case managers
• Support clients in navigating community resources and accessing essential services
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Current New Jersey LCSW license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience preferred
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) is a plus
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible caseloads
