About Job

The Contractor agrees to provide services as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), including but not limited to:
  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments
  • Completing and submitting documentation including CANS/ANSAs, Psychosocial Evaluations, and Individual Service Plans (ISPs) or Treatment Plans
  • Uploading all documentation in TheraNest within required timeframes
  • Supporting clients through individualized, evidence-based therapeutic services as needed
  • Ensuring documentation meets all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
  • Responding to client and staff communications in a timely manner
  • Participating in case reviews, team collaboration, and supervision if applicable
  • Attending required agency training to remain in compliance with licensure requirements
  • Adding clients to CMBHS and ensuring the client is not currently affiliated with another provider prior to initiating services
Work ScheduleThe frequency and scheduling of services will be determined by the Agency’s needs and established by mutual agreement between the parties.Compensation
The Contractor shall receive a set rate per completed assessment. Assessments include but are not limited to:
  • CANS/ANSAs
  • Psychosocial Evaluations
  • ISPs/Treatment Plans
Payments will be made bi-weekly on Friday, based on services provided in the preceding pay period, in accordance with the Agency's payroll schedule.Training Documentation:· CANS/ANSA training certificate· HIPAA training· Mandated Reporter (Abuse/Neglect) training· Cultural competence training· Trauma-informed care training (recommended)This is a remote position.
