Our client, a respected and locally owned organization based in Lancaster, PA, is seeking an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their collaborative team of clinicians and administrators.

This is a direct hire opportunity focused on providing services in home and community-based settings, with strong support from an experienced operations team.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and ongoing coaching to Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and support teams to optimize client outcomes
• Participate in professional development and training initiatives
• Work closely with administrative staff to ensure smooth client onboarding and scheduling

What You’ll Need:

• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field
• Proven experience in assessment, plan development, and staff supervision
