What we offer:

Salary Package:

Base Salary: $78,000.00 per year for 25 billable hours per week.

Incentive Pay is optional, but available if you desire to work additional billable hours per week. Incentive pay is compensated at a rate of $65/hr for any additional hour you work over the 25 billable per week.

Benefits included in the salary package include:

40 hrs paid sick time per year

10 days paid time off per year

What You’ll Do:

This position requires an active BCBA certification.

Examples of BCBA duties include:

A. Supervise behavior therapy services in a child’s home setting provided by a Mid-level Supervisor and Behavior Technician

• Assist in training staff to implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals to help children thrive
• Assist in training staff to collect and record data. Track progress and celebrate milestones using proprietary technology.
• Keep treatment goals updates as needed to promote success

B. Write Six Month Treatment Plan Reports

C. Conduct monthly parent meetings/trainings

D. Mentor Mid-Level Supervisors for fieldwork supervision (as needed)

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification

At least two years of experience in a ABA supervisor role

Ability to pass background check
