Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Houston Empowering Minds Youth Services Inc. The Analyst will be responsible for behavior analysis, applied behavior analysis, parent education, psychology, and behavior management. This role is primarily located in Houston, TX but allows for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Parent Education and Psychology knowledge
• Behavior Management expertise
• Experience in counseling and therapy services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
