Schooner Memory Care, a new and progressive 66 bed residential care community in Auburn, ME, is now accepting applications for Residential Care Coordinator. This position reports directly to the Director of Nurses. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas. To include but not limited to:
- Be familiar with the rules and regulations of the Federal and State governing systems and participate in the survey process.
- Be knowledgeable and able to do Residential Care Assessment process.
- To be available to perform direct care as PCA/CRMA and /or as needed.
- Be able to do Monthly Summaries as required.
- Conduct service plan meetings with residents and family members.
- Be able to assign staffing schedules as needed for direct care staff.
- Promote and encourage resident rights and free choice
- Schedule, Notify and facilitate service plan meeting.
First shift position.
This role will also be required to have the ability to work rotating weekends every third week.
Minimum requirement: 40HR CRMA Certificate
Experience with Memory Care is a plus. Dependability is a must. Only Team Players need apply.
