An outpatient facility offering support to children, youth, and family services is seeking an LCSW for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Vermont, about 90 miles South of Burlington.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, with potential for a hybrid setupmost child and adolescent (C&A) clients prefer in-person visits, but 12 days per week may be virtual for teletherapy and administrative tasks. The therapist will work with clients aged 5 to 23, addressing diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorder, and occasional cases involving autism, intellectual disabilities, or developmental delays. Experience providing CBT, DBT, and ideally Play Therapy or ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency) is preferred. The therapist will treat both individual clients and family units, supported by a multidisciplinary team including other therapists, a director, psychiatrist, case managers, and a robust administrative staff.
