Kimco Staffing is Currently Hiring for a Tenant Coordinator in Chino!!

Monday & Wednesday: 8 am – 12:30 pm; 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Tuesday: 8 am – 2:30 pm
Thursday and Friday: TBD

Pay: $25

Job Duties:

Updates Tenant contact files
Coordinates social events, special programs, holiday events, tenant events.
Will assist with security Staff as needed
Coordinates information and work orders with property manager.
Responsible for tenant transmittal key letters, mailing and notifications.
Process all incoming mail
Input all invoices into Yardi
Will inspect properties
Ability to coordinate holiday events

Job Qualifications :
Must have a high school diploma

Must have at least 2 years experience with related field.
