We're currently seeking a warm, energetic, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team. If you love connecting with people, staying organized, and want to work in a supportive office, we’d love to meet you!

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see and a key part of their experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients with a warm, professional smile
• Checking patients in and out efficiently and kindly
• Collecting copays and handling patient billing
• Verifying insurance eligibility and dental benefits
• Answering and returning phone calls
• Following up on missed or cancelled appointments
• Assisting in keeping the schedule full and flowing
• Supporting the team with additional administrative tasks as needed

SCHEDULE
This is a primarily full-time role with some flexibility available.
Our regular hours are:

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturdays: 1–2 per month, 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate brings professionalism, positivity, and a team-first attitude. While dental experience is preferred, it’s not required—we’re happy to train the right person!

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year in dental (preferred)
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Familiarity with dental insurance processes (a plus!)
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care
