- Responsible for driving clinical outcomes, mentoring staff, implementing corporate policies & procedures.
- Assess & evaluate the Social Services departments in our facilities throughout Texas.
- Provide routine consultation services to the assigned facilities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
- May occasionally be assigned as Interim Director of Social Services on a short-term basis.
- Other duties as assigned
