Individual and Group Counseling:
Providing confidential support to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges through individual sessions or group activities.
Academic Support:
Assisting students with study skills, time management, and test preparation.
Social and Emotional Development:
Helping students develop social skills, conflict resolution strategies, and healthy relationships.
Transition Planning:
Preparing students for the transition to high school and beyond, including career exploration and goal setting.
Consultation:
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs and create a supportive learning environment.
Curriculum Development and Implementation:
Designing and delivering school-wide guidance lessons on topics such as academic success, social-emotional skills, and career awareness.
Crisis Intervention:
Responding to and supporting students during crisis situations, either individual or school-wide.
Advocacy and Support:
Advocating for students' needs and ensuring equitable access to resources and opportunities.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Using data to identify student needs and evaluate the effectiveness of counseling programs.
Referrals and Resource Connections:
Connecting students and families with appropriate community resources and support services.
Professional Development:
Continuing to learn and grow professionally through professional development opportunities.
