**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic **Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator** who speaks both English and Spanish fluently. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, is detail-oriented, and is excited to be part of a wellness-focused clinic. You will be the face of our clinic, managing patient relationships and explaining our natural healthcare procedures with compassion and clarity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism

* Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish

* Explain natural health treatments such as chiropractic care, red light therapy, and neuropathy programs

* Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient follow-up

* Support day-to-day clinic operations

* Maintain organized records and ensure smooth patient flow

* Help patients feel confident and comfortable in their care journey

**Ideal Candidate:**

* Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)

* Personable, professional, and confident in communication

* Quick learner with a passion for health and wellness

* Ability to navigate relationships and maintain a welcoming environment

* Previous experience in a medical or wellness office is a plus (but not required)

* Strong organizational and time-management skills
