Outside Sales / Community Liaison

Our client is looking for a Community Liaison?someone passionate about people, relationship-building, and community impact. This role is ideal for someone with experience in outside sales, marketing, healthcare, or customer service who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
What you?d be doing:

• Building strong relationships with referral sources (case managers, physicians, hospice centers, etc.)
• Consulting with potential clients and guiding them through our services
• Attending events, networking, and representing our agency in the community
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent client care
• Using CRM tools to track client pipelines and help drive agency growth

We?re looking for someone who:

• Has 1+ years in a related field (marketing, sales, outreach, healthcare)
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Enjoys solving problems and thinking on their feet
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Is located in Houston and open to occasional remote/weekend work
