Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Workplace Service Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in San Francisco California. Duties: Report to the Supervisor Workplace Services Work with and get direction from Supervisor Workplace Services to maintain and provide excellent customer service and support to the office Greet and direct guests in a timely and professional manner, assign temporary badges as required Ensure all cards are accounted for and returned daily Maintain an electronic list of access cards assigned to staff, providing lost or damaged access card numbers to the security team for cancellation Complete a daily check of temporary access cards Receive FedEx/UPS/Courier packages and notify the mail team Help with event support and other projects, including but not limited to: asset management, ticket management, and calendaring Organize, restock, and maintain a clean workspace and office inventory Desired Skills/Experience: Excellent interpersonal communication skills Experience in hospitality preferred Proficient at using the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps Must be willing/able to learn and use our internal software application Ability to take direction and follow oral and written instructions Be willing and able to lift up to 25 pounds Good writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $17.00 and $31.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
