Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our residents.
- Maintain excellent communication with residents’ families, addressing concerns and providing updates on their loved ones' care.
- Monitor and improve patient outcomes through effective quality assurance and performance improvement programs.
Qualifications:
- LPN or RN with a valid nursing license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting.
