As the Clinical Care Coordinator at Fraser Villa, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the nursing staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and development.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our residents.
Maintain excellent communication with residents’ families, addressing concerns and providing updates on their loved ones' care.
Monitor and improve patient outcomes through effective quality assurance and performance improvement programs.

Qualifications:

LPN or RN with a valid nursing license.
Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting.
