What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate customer outreach, schedule engagements, manage system access, and track service hours.
- Support onboarding efforts and help maintain internal documentation and standard work processes.
- Partner with account owners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Facilitate training sessions to help customers interpret and act on equipment performance data.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.
- Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Analyze and summarize complex data, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations to customers.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 + years of project management experience is required.
- Confidence discussing technical concepts and bridging communication between customers and internal technical teams.
- Experience with training audiences, facilitating meetings/group exercises, or teaching.
- Heightened attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What Sets You Apart:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, business intelligence or related field of study.
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to SQL and BI Tools.
Where and When You'll Work:
- This role is fully remote, all you need is a reliable internet connection and a passion for what you do.
- This role requires approximately 10% travel. The selected candidate may be assigned west coast accounts and may need to cover hours through 5 p.m. Pacific time.

Salary - $60,400 - $77,400 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
