Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our educational team in Rocklin, CA 95677. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and educational success of students by providing psychological assessments, counseling, and interventions.

Position: School Psychologist
Location: Rocklin, CA 95677
Age Group: All age group
Total Caseload: Varies by assignment
Duration: The whole school year – 180 days
Days per Week : 5
Shift: 8:30am- 4:30pm
Schedule: 5x8
Guaranteed Hours: 40hrs/week

Duties

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
  • Complete Assessments encompassing the areas of Education, Behavioral, Manifestation Determinations and Administrative Placements.
  • Responsible for SPED related referrals and providing support services to students, families, staff, and other related duties as assigned.
  • Disabilities of any students (Mild/Moderate/Severe): Mild/Mod & Mod/Severe
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges.
  • Advocate for the rights of students with disabilities and promote inclusive practices within the school environment.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Credentials/License Required: CA PPS credential - School Psychology
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological testing methods and assessment tools.
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and special education regulations.

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
