Work year = 193 days The School Adjustment Counselor provides mental health and social emotional learning support and interventions to students in order to support student well-being and achievement. Services are delivered within a multi-tiered system of support framework. In addition, the school adjustment counselor partners with families and other community agencies/providers to best meet student and family needs. School adjustment counselors also provide consultation to district staff on how to create an environment that supports student success and learning within the classroom and school-wide.
