About Job

Social Justice–Driven BCBA (Remote, Flexible, Meaningful Work)

** This position is only open to consider candidates with an exisiting BCBA cert in the state of IL that is already registered and ready to start today, with RBT's and Medicaid clients.

Let’s change lives—together.

We’re not just hiring another Board Certified Behavior Analyst. We’re calling in advocates, allies, and changemakers to join a mission-driven team that believes everyone deserves access to dignified, empowering care. This is your chance to use your BCBA credential to be part of something bigger—where compassion meets clinical excellence, and social equity drives every decision PLUS incorporation into an equine based ABA programming, with experienced RBT's who are already trained, dedicated and ready to be part of your team! Our work with kids receives funding from various sources so medicaid, undocumented, foster children, and the uninsured youth and young adults, receive the majority of care from this program.

Our clients? Brilliant, complex, and often overlooked—Level 1 neurodivergent youth and adolescents ages 8–21. We specialize in trauma-informed, strength-based ABA and offer truly unique services like Equine-Assisted Therapy grounded in behavior science and human dignity. Those accepted into the equine assisted ABA therapy will never require more than one RBT or you to be onsite; this is meant to be impactful work for a very specific neurodivergent group of level 1 and AuDHD individuals.

Our team? Fierce about justice, radical about inclusion, and joyful in our work. We laugh, we grow, and we deeply support one another.

The Work (aka your superpowers in action)

  • Conduct thoughtful, trauma-informed diagnostic evaluations to uncover not just “what’s wrong” but what’s possible.
  • Design and lead ABA intervention plans that celebrate growth, build skills, and reduce barriers—not just behaviors.
  • Deliver direct behavioral therapy sessions that are light in tone and big on purpose.
  • Keep documentation organized and ethical (HIPAA compliance, always).
  • Collaborate with a team of educators, clinicians, and other justice-driven professionals to ensure each client thrives in all areas of their life.
  • Train and supervise team members to deliver care with fidelity and heart.
  • Partner with families to build sustainable, empowering support networks that extend beyond the therapy hour.
  • Track progress with data, adjust when needed, and stay relentlessly focused on meaningful outcomes.

Who You Are

  • A BCBA who sees ABA as a tool for liberation, not control.
  • Fluent in the principles of behavior analysis—and how to apply them with cultural humility and clinical excellence.
  • Experienced with kids and teens with developmental disabilities, especially those often excluded from services.
  • Collaborative by nature, curious by default, and relentlessly hopeful about what’s possible.
  • Committed to ethical care, rigorous documentation, and data-informed decisions.
  • A great communicator who can break down complex ideas with grace and humor.

Why This Role Is Different

  • Fully Remote: Work from anywhere you feel most inspired.
  • Flexible Scheduling: We believe in life-work balance (not the other way around).
  • Student Loan Forgiveness Eligible: We’re structured for PSLF and other relief programs.
  • Fun, Light Workload: Most of our clients are Level 1, and the work is joyful and affirming—not crisis-driven.
  • Social Justice Culture: We’re loud about equity, inclusion, and anti-ableism in practice—not just on paper.
  • Supportive Team: Mentorship, laughter, community. No toxic hierarchies, ever.

The Magic of Equine-Assisted ABA -
