Key Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients and families, fostering a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
- Provide tailored outpatient therapy services to individuals and families, catering to their unique needs and instilling a path to healing.
- Develop comprehensive crisis and safety plans, relapse prevention, and wellness strategies to empower clients throughout their mental health journey.
- Engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care collaboratively.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations in a timely manner, upholding the highest professional standards.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians to deliver holistic mental health care.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Possess a valid license (LPC, LCSW) as per state regulations.
- A strong commitment to high-quality mental health care and ongoing professional development, including access to supervision and continuing education.
- Eagerness to collaborate with a team to enhance overall client care.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Effective time management and administrative skills.
