The Bridge Behavioral Health is hiring a full-time Outpatient Counselor (LADC/LMHP) to help people build strong foundations in recovery through individualized therapy, group sessions, and trauma-informed care.
What You'll Do
- Provide 24–26 hours of direct client service each week
- Facilitate therapy groups, individual counseling, and family sessions
- Conduct substance use evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Be a part of a collaborative clinical team that meets clients where they are
- Coordinate with community providers, probation, family, and more
- Keep timely documentation and help maintain a safe, welcoming space
- LADC/PLADC required
- LMHP/PLMHP preferred (supervision available!)
- Passion for recovery, resilience, and relationship-building
- Experience with substance use treatment and a trauma-informed lens
- Ability to work well with diverse populations
- Bilingual encouraged to apply – we value the ability to connect with more communities!
- $500 Sign-On Bonus (after 6 months!)
