Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) – Part-Time Summer Position

Crissey Behavioral Consulting is seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to join our team for a part-time summer opportunity supporting an older teen client in Seattle, WA. This role may lead to a full-time position with benefits in the fall if it’s a good fit.

Schedule (Summer):
July 8 – August 1
Tuesdays through Thursdays
8:15 AM – 12:45 PM

Job Overview:
The CBT will provide one-on-one ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data accurately, and maintaining clear communication with families and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Active Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license (required)
• Must be experienced and comfortable assisting with toileting support for an adult male (older teen)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Ability to work independently while following clinical direction
• Physically capable of moving quickly
• Availability for the full summer schedule
