Hybrid/Work From Home (Occasional Travel)Are you a driven leader with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for improving the lives of children with autism? We’re seeking a Regional Director to oversee two growing ABA therapy centers and a dynamic in-home services program across the state of Washington.This is a hybrid leadership role with flexibility to work from home and make scheduled visits to sites and staff. You’ll play a vital role in shaping team culture, operational performance, and client outcomes.Why This Role?!
- Lead and grow: Oversee two ABA clinics in Snohomish County & Pierce County, WA with over 30 staff members and support growth efforts with 200+ children on a waitlist.
- Hybrid Flexibility: Work from home with regular on-site visits to build relationships and check in with your teams.
- Make an Impact: Collaborate across clinical, operational, and intake teams to ensure timely, high-quality care.
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000/yr (Depending on Experience)
- Bonus Potential: up to $20,000/yr

- Oversee daily operations for two ABA centers and in-home services statewide
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and caseload assignments
- Ensure each case follows proper clinical pathways from insurance approval to treatment execution
- Coordinate with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and clinical leadership to keep services consistent and effective
- Lead a team of 30+ providers including BCBAs and RBTs
- Conduct check-ins, performance reviews, and coaching for CBTs (RBTs)
- Support BCBAs in performance and collaboration with clinical leadership
- Maintain service quality and ensure treatment hour compliance
- Work with intake and patient advocacy to manage referral volume and clinic capacity
- Partner with the Clinical Director to uphold clinical excellence
- Participate in final interviews for new hires to ensure cultural and operational alignment
- Build and mentor a team of case managers to support client growth and retention
- Experienced in Applied Behavior Analysis services (RBT, Coordinator, or Clinical Ops experience preferred)
- Operationally strong with excellent people and scheduling skills
- A natural relationship-builder who thrives on team collaboration and family communication

- Holds a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular site visits
