The Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient scheduling, communication, and support of DBK’s field service teams. This position is responsible for coordinating service requests, managing work orders, communicating with technicians and clients, and ensuring timely follow-up and documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, prioritize, and dispatch incoming service calls and work orders
- Schedule and assign technicians based on location, availability, and expertise
- Act as the main point of contact between customers, vendors, and field staff
- Ensure all service requests are entered accurately into the system and tracked to completion
- Monitor open work orders and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Communicate project updates, delays, or issues to clients and internal stakeholders
- Support the Service Manager with reporting, technician productivity tracking, and client communications
- Coordinate parts ordering and delivery when required
- Maintain accurate records of service history, technician notes, and billing details
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and warranty tracking as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
