Position Overview
TLC Behavioral Health Center is seeking independently licensed mental health clinicians (LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, or LISW-S) in Ohio to support our expanding clinical services. This role can be tailored to your strengths—whether you focus on assessments, ongoing therapy, or both.

Primary Responsibilities (based on your role):

Assessment & Treatment Planning

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments via telehealth
• Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
• Complete all documentation within 48 hours

Therapy & Counseling

• Provide individual therapy to assigned clients
• Monitor progress and revise treatment plans as needed
• Work collaboratively with other clinical team members to support holistic care

Requirements:

• Active independent license in Ohio (LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, or LISW-S)
• HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet connection
• Strong clinical documentation, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for delivering client-centered, evidence-based care
