Do you want to be part of a group private practice that believes in providing a nurturing and supportive environment to clients? Insightful Matters is hiring dedicated and reliable Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) to see 15+ clients per week.

Earn up to $70 per session! We are hiring for fully remote, and/or a hybrid of remote & in-person clinicians. We have offices located in Anaheim and Huntington Beach.

*Please note, there has recently been an increase in clients requesting in-person therapy.

Job Description:

Provide therapy for 15+ clients per week for Part-Time or 25+ for Full Time
Provide a treatment plan for clients who meet medical necessity for services using an evidence based theory aimed at improving their diagnosis and symptoms
Accommodate clients from various cultures and backgrounds, with a wide range of diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD etc.
Update treatment plans for clients on an ongoing basis, as needed.
Log detailed session notes using TherapyNotes.com
Clinically diagnose clients and assess for medical necessity and clinically indicated care
Schedule: self-directed with flexible hours
Job Type: in-person, hybrid or remote
Expected hours: 15+ for Part Time and 25+ clients for Full Time. Weekly hours are not to exceed 40 hours per week.

Location for Providers wanting to work in person or hybrid: Anaheim or Huntington Beach, CA.

**Huntington Beach offices are upstairs with no elevator access.

Requirements:

Must possess an active and unrestricted professional license or registration through the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Must be able to pass criminal background and reference checks
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records including notes and treatment plans
Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
Can work independently and collaboratively with other clinicians and administrative staff

License/Registration:

LMFT, LCSW

Pay scale: Dependent on caseload:

Clinical Rate:
$45.00 per completed session, when seeing <20 clients per pay period
$50.00 per completed session, when seeing 20+ clients per pay period

Optional Incentive:
Additional funds are paid on top of standard pay structure, when the requirements outlined below have been met:

$10 incentive per completed CPT 90791 session OR CPT 90837 session, when completing 20-39 of the aforementioned sessions per pay period ($60/total)

$20 incentive per completed CPT 90791 session OR CPT 90837 session, when completing 40-59 of the aforementioned sessions per pay period ($70 total)

Conditions for earning Clinical Rate and/or Optional Incentive: In order for Clinician to be eligible for the aforementioned rates, the following conditions must be met:

❖ Clinician must complete all session notes by the end of their scheduled shift.
*Sessions without a completed/signed note are considered incomplete and will be paid at the Admin rate. The Admin Rate for this position is $20.00 and is paid for all Non-Clinical Hours worked
