Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients and families, ensuring an inclusive environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Provide customized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to clients' unique needs, fostering resilience and healing.
• Develop thorough crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to empower clients on their mental health journey.
• Contribute your expertise in agency meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
• Maintain high standards of professional responsibility by ensuring timely completion of billing, documentation, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians for a holistic approach to care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) as per state regulation.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education opportunities.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Effective time management skills for documentation and administrative tasks.
