Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival and collect insurance information and copays
- Room patients and maintain timely office flow
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Attend to patient rooms by cleaning, setting up and stocking supplies.
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up with patients regarding treatment plans
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the office scheduling system
- Complete culture and specimen forms for processing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using office software and familiarity with MacOS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail and customer service-oriented mindset

Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
