Responsibilities

Support clients in developing life skills, including meal preparation, budgeting, and transportation.
Assist with personal care needs such as hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
Encourage community engagement by accompanying clients to social, recreational, and volunteer activities.
Monitor and report on clients' progress, ensuring they receive person-centered support.
Provide emotional support and promote a safe, inclusive environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two (2) years of related experience and/or training working with persons with developmental disabilities.
Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed.
Comfort using basic technology for documentation and communication.
