- Provide emotional support and promote a safe, inclusive environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two (2) years of related experience and/or training working with persons with developmental disabilities.
- Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed.
- Comfort using basic technology for documentation and communication.
- Speak multiple languages (English, Spanish, or Tagalog preferred).
- Have experience with electronic case management systems (Therap preferred).
