About Our Client
Our client, a top-tier commercial real estate firm, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to support a high-performing industrial leasing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong marketing acumen, particularly with experience in InDesign.
About the Team
You’ll be supporting a 3-person industrial team, along with 2 brokers, focused primarily on landlord-side leasing with some occupier-side work. The team is collaborative, driven, and values independent problem-solvers who can provide “boots on the ground” support for all marketing and administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide daily support to a busy industrial leasing team, assisting with both landlord and occupier representation tasks.
· Create and edit marketing materials using Adobe InDesign to support property listings and proposals.
· Manage and execute various administrative tasks including document creation, reporting, scheduling, and client communication.
· Serve as a go-to resource for internal coordination, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met for both the team and clients.
· Assist with listing management, tracking deal progress, and coordinating between departments and vendors as needed.
· Work independently while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
· Must Have:
o Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
o Self-starter who is motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
o Prior marketing experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Familiarity with commercial real estate terms and processes.
· Interest in the CRE industry; prior experience with firms such as CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, or JLL is a big plus.
· Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
· 2+ years of experience in a professional support or marketing role, ideally within a real estate or related business environment.
Interview Process
· 1–2 virtual interview rounds.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
