Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Provide individualized outpatient therapy for individuals and families based on each client's unique needs, fostering healing and resilience.
• Develop thorough crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans, empowering clients in their mental health journeys.
• Participate actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your expertise to improve client care.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining high professional standards.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and peers to deliver comprehensive mental health services.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Possess necessary provisional license as per state regulations, if applicable.
• Strong educational foundation leading to or resulting in professional licensing.
• A passion for mental health and a commitment to high-quality care.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development, with access to free supervision and continuing education.
• Eager to work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
