Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients and families, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Deliver customized outpatient therapy for individuals and families, addressing the unique needs and circumstances of each client to promote healing and resilience.
• Develop thorough crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans that empower clients on their mental health journeys.
• Engage actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance overall client care.
• Maintain prompt and accurate documentation, billing, and insurance authorization while upholding professional standards.
• Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff, to provide holistic mental health care.

What We Are Looking For:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a similar field.
• A provisional license if required by state regulations.
• A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and delivering high-quality mental health care.
• An eagerness to work with a diverse team to improve client care.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and fulfill documentation responsibilities.
