About The Position

An inpatient facility is looking for a psychiatrist to cover weekends.
The facility is located in Virginia.
This weekend position requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays for 23 weekends per month, working with adult and geriatric patients. Board certification is required, and the provider can expect to see up to 20 patients per day.


Dates Needed: 2-3 Weekends Per Month Starting End of August 2025
Call Ratio/Schedule: Friday 5pm - Monday 8 am
Case Load/PPD: Up to 20
Shift Type: Day Shift; Call

Cases Treated: Depression with psychosis, Depression without psychosis, Schizoaffective Disorder, Recurrent Major Depressive Disorder
