NOA Diagnostics is looking to fill two Patient Intake Coordinator roles with detail-oriented, compassionate professionals who are ready to contribute to our mission-driven team. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for patients and care facilities across Connecticut, New Jersey and New York helping coordinate mobile imaging services that reduce hospital visits and bring care directly to patients in skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home settings.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming patient exam requests
  • Intake and verify patient demographic and insurance information
  • Schedule imaging procedures for field staff at multiple facilities
  • Monitor and process faxed and electronic physician orders
  • Accurately input patient orders into our system
  • Track exam completion and manage associated documentation
  • Provide general administrative support, including coordinating equipment needs and accepting deliveries

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a medical office, call center, or healthcare intake setting preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and computer-based systems
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
  • Clear, professional communication and strong phone etiquette
  • A collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
  • A service-oriented attitude and ability to adapt in a busy healthcare environment

Schedule

Position 1

Weekly: Thursday, Friday & Saturday 6:30am-6:30 pm

Position 2 Biweekly Rotating Schedule:
Week 1: Sunday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM | Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
Week 2: Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM | Saturday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
