Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our dynamic team at Kalamazoo TMS & Behavioral Health. In this role, you will provide essential mental health counseling and therapy to our clients, helping them navigate their challenges and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.
• Provide clinical counseling and therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately in accordance with ICD-10 standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Support patients dealing with PTSD and other behavioral health issues through tailored interventions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and ICD-10 coding.
• Experience in clinical counseling and mental health therapy is essential.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
