Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team! The BCBA will play a critical role in supporting our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through direct supervision, comprehensive training, and guidance in accordance with BACB standards. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mentorship, quality assurance, and making a lasting impact in the lives of clients and staff.

Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to:

  • Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs to ensure compliance with BACB requirements
  • Conduct initial and ongoing RBT competency assessments and evaluations
  • Facilitate RBT training sessions, workshops, and individual coaching
  • Review and monitor RBT data collection for accuracy and fidelity
  • Collaborate with clinical team to maintain high standards of service delivery
  • Deliver in-the-field support to RBTs as needed (in-facility/home or community settings)
  • Provide performance feedback, model intervention strategies, and support professional development
  • Maintain documentation of supervision hours, competency assessments, and progress notes
  • Stay current on BACB guidelines and ethics code

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience in a adult residential setting (preferred, not required)
  • Experience with providing behavior analytic service as a BCBA for a minimum of 2-years required
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience providing RBT supervision
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and techniques, including functional behavior assessment (FBA) and behavior intervention planning (BIP)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and individuals with varying degrees of intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals
  • CPR/First aid/AED certification, valid within 1 year (Preferred, can provide training)
  • CPI Certification (Preferred, can provide training)

All opportunities at BFG are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, two-step PPD test for Tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, if required, excluding party sanctions, and degree or license/certification verification. If the position requires driving, a valid driver's license, motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance are required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply.
