Position Details
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Provides administrative services for the processing of financial aid and counseling services of all students enrolled in academic programs at RBHS.
- Formulates financial aid award packages using established federal, state and/or university policies.
- Determines and approves financial aid eligibility using latest online technology and its responsible for complete accounts of financial aid records.
- Medical, prescription drug, and dental coverage

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
- One (1) year of professional experience in student financial aid.
- Experience with networked mainframe and PC systems.
- Standing, sitting, walking, talking or hearing.
- No special vision requirements.
- Must be able to lift 10 to 15 pounds.
Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
