About Job

Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Professional (Independent Contractor)

Location: In person or Hybrid (Pennsylvania)

Job Type: Independent Contractor (Flexible Hours) Both Full or Part-time Availability

About The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated, licensed mental health professionals in Pennsylvania to join our growing team as independent contractors. This role offers you the flexibility to choose your own income goals-tell us how much you want to make, and we'll help you build a client schedule that matches your desired earnings.

Whether you're looking to build a full-time caseload or supplement your existing practice, we provide the tools and support to help you succeed-while you maintain full autonomy over your schedule and clinical approach.

What We Offer

  • Income control - Set your earning goals, and we'll help align your client volume accordingly
  • Flexible scheduling - You choose when and how many clients you see
  • Streamlined client matching and referrals
  • Minimal administrative burden - focus on your clients, not paperwork
  • A supportive and collaborative environment for both clinical and business practices
  • Supervision groups

Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
  • Must carry and maintain your own professional liability insurance
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation

As an independent contractor, your earnings are directly tied to your client caseload. We work with you to determine how many clients you need to see to meet your financial goals-and provide referrals accordingly. Competitive per-session rates, set by the commercial insurance contracts.

Why Work With Us?Unlike many private practices, we empower you to define your own income goals and build a caseload around your ideal work-life balance-without the pressure of overwhelming quotas or rigid schedules. You get the freedom of private practice with the support of a collaborative team behind you.

How To Apply

If you're ready to take control of your practice and income while making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you. Submit your resume and a brief statement about your ideal caseload and availability.
