Job Summary
The Client Care Coordinator is the welcoming voice of our practice, ensuring each new client moves seamlessly from inquiry to first appointment while upholding our standard of compassionate, trauma-informed care. The role also collaborates on social-media management and other marketing initiatives to support practice growth.
Primary Duties
- Respond to intake calls/emails; verify benefits; schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate client data in SimplePractice
- Coordinate with therapists to optimize caseloads and availability
- Draft and schedule social-media posts; track basic metrics
- Assist with referral outreach and community events
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (AA or BA in psychology, communications, or related field preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in medical or mental-health front-office or client-service role
- Proficiency with EHR systems, Google Workspace, and social-media platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and customer-service skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes preferred
- Basic design/content creation (Canva, Later-or-Hootsuite style schedulers)
