About Job

CORE Professional Services, a mental health clinic located in Mankato, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Client Services Coordinator/Administrative Assistant.

This role involves providing a variety of office and clerical support functions in a fast-paced healthcare environment. We are looking for someone with strong customer service experience and a background in administrative work. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Word is required.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients in person and by phone
  • Processing referrals
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal and external parties via mail, email and fax
  • Answering, transferring, and managing incoming calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Insurance verification and coordination
  • Word processing and document preparation
  • Light office cleaning
  • Filing, scanning, and general office tasks

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with regular hours Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and one Friday per month from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Compensation:
Starting wage of $15–$16 per hour, depending on experience.
