Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Coordinator located in Fort Worth, TX. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for daily coordination of caregiving services, managing operations, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and families.
Qualifications
- Service Coordination and Operations Management skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Customer Service
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field
