We’re currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our growing teams in North Carolina. • Competitive Salary:

$100,000 per year

• Manageable Caseload:

4–6 clients

• Flexible Schedule:

40 hours per week — build your day around what works best for you

• Balanced Workload:

16 hours/week in clinic for supervision, staff support, and client sessions
24 hours/week for assessments and documentation

Key Responsibilities:*

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support
• Monitor client progress and update programs as needed
• Engage families and caregivers in treatment planning and education
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with funding and ethical guidelines

Qualifications:*

• Current certification as aBoard-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• NC Licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Passion for improving the lives of children through evidence-based care
