About Job
If you’re a licensed psychologist who’s passionate about neurodiversity, assessment, and truly making a difference — we have a standout opportunity for you in San Jose, CA!
At Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc., we’ve grown our San Jose office into a thriving hub for training, therapy, and neurodevelopmental assessment — and now we’re looking for the right psychologist to help us continue that mission.
We’re proud of what we’ve built in San Jose — a collaborative, mission-aligned team that values clarity, compassion, and clinical excellence. If you’re looking for a meaningful role where you can grow and feel supported, we’d love to hear from you.
✨ What’s In It for You
At Bridges of the Mind, we believe great clinicians thrive when they’re supported, respected, and given space to grow — and that’s exactly what we offer. This full-time role starts at $140K+ with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, generous PTO, and a 401k with employer matching. You’ll enjoy a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, with no evenings or weekends — plus protected admin time so you can complete documentation without stress and a dedicated Team Wellness Initiative and Mentorship Program!
You’ll have the autonomy to focus on the kind of work you love, with a caseload curated to match your interests, and full administrative support to keep your day running smoothly. Whether you enjoy assessing young children, adolescents, or adults — we’ll work with you to build a caseload that fits your clinical style and passions.
We're also proud to be home to an APPIC internship and postdoctoral fellowship program, with plans for an APA site visit in early 2026 — a major milestone on our path toward full accreditation (but does not officially indicate that we will ultimately become APA accredited). You’ll have opportunities to supervise, collaborate, and even step into leadership roles as our programs and services continue to expand.
We offer a paid CE time stipend, because we believe in lifelong learning. And beyond the clinical work, you’ll be part of a team that genuinely supports one another — with peer consultation, a wellness-focused environment, and a culture built on warmth, respect, and shared mission.
