About Job

About

Early Intervention Specialist – Make a Lasting Impact from Day One!

Orange County | Flexible Schedule | Paid Training | Meaningful Work

Are you someone who lights up when working with young children? Do you believe that early support can change a child’s life forever? If so, we want YOU on our team!

At Love 2 Learn Consulting LLC, we’re on the lookout for compassionate, dedicated Early Intervention Specialists who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) and their families.

In this role, you’ll be meeting families where they are—literally and emotionally—providing coaching, support, and developmental guidance in their homes or community spaces. You’ll celebrate the first words, the first steps, and those big little wins that make this work unforgettable.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver one-on-one early intervention services to children with developmental delays or disabilities
  • Support parents and caregivers through coaching, modeling, and encouragement
  • Create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique needs
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals (SLPs, OTs, PTs, BCBAs) to ensure wraparound care
  • Keep clear documentation while staying aligned with state/federal early intervention guidelines

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years of experience) in child development, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Feel confident working independently, but love being part of a team
  • Connect easily with children and families from all walks of life
  • Know how to meet people with empathy and communicate clearly
  • Are flexible, proactive, and motivated by purpose-driven work
