What You’ll Do:
- Complete assessments and create treatment plans
- Oversee ABA programs and update goals based on data
- Work closely with families and caregivers
- Support and train behavior technicians
- Help kids thrive every step of the way
What We’re Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience with autism and ABA therapy
- Strong skills in data, planning, and teamwork
- Great communication with families and staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
