What You’ll Do:

• Complete assessments and create treatment plans

• Oversee ABA programs and update goals based on data

• Work closely with families and caregivers

• Support and train behavior technicians

• Help kids thrive every step of the way

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification (required)

• Experience with autism and ABA therapy

• Strong skills in data, planning, and teamwork

• Great communication with families and staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
