What You'll Do


As a Community Representative in Monmouth County, NJ, you will:



  • Develop, implement, and assess quarterly and annual territory plans to achieve monthly admissions goals.​

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission targets.​

  • Establish business partnerships through effective sales contacts and presentations.​

  • Maintain professional and clinical competence.​

  • Initiate and build relationships within internal and external departments to ensure effective communication with referral sources and internal customers.​

  • Update and maintain customer and competitor profiles, log daily call activity, and plan future customer interactions.​

  • Enhance knowledge of hospice services, customers, and referral sources.​


What You Need



  • Bachelor's degree or professional license preferred.​

  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales, marketing, or provider relations experience, preferably in healthcare.​

  • Demonstrated ability to acquire clinical knowledge.​

  • Excellent communication skills.​

  • Valid state driver's license and auto insurance with unlimited access to a reliable vehicle.​
