The Director of the Counseling Center is responsible for overseeing the operations and staff of the Center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to students. This includes the direct supervision of a team consisting of 4 counselors, a clinical care coordinator, and a health educator. The Director will also provide leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services, while maintaining a supportive and effective work environment for staff.
