Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a qualified and compassionate Bilingual School Psychologist to support students' academic, social, and emotional well-being for the 20252026 school year. This is an in-person role requiring collaboration with educators, families, and administrators to provide culturally responsive services.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations in both English and a second language (Spanish preferred)

Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct and consultative mental health and behavioral support

Assist in the development and implementation of positive behavioral interventions

Serve as a liaison between families, school staff, and community resources
Required Qualifications

Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement

Bilingual proficiency required (Spanish preferred)

Experience working in diverse educational environments

Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
