Artemis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our client's team!

Position: Therapist

Location: Sonoma County, CA (On-Site)

Type: Direct-Hire | Full-Time | Permanent

Schedule: 9am-6pm | Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday

Compensation:

  • Licensed: $100K-$135K + $15K Sign-On Bonus

  • Pre-Licensed: $80K-$95K + $10K Sign-On Bonus (pay bump upon licensure)

Qualifications:

Licensure:

  • LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD/PsyD preferred.

  • Pre-licensed (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, Registered Psychological Associate) also welcome.

Experience:

  • 2+ years with complex dual-diagnosis clients (adolescent preferred or adult).

  • Residential/inpatient behavioral health experience preferred.

  • Skilled in trauma-informed care & EBPs (DBT, CBT, ACT, Relapse Prevention).

  • Professionalism: Strong clinical ethics, collaborative mindset, adaptability to cover nearby sites as needed.

Role Overview:

  • Support adolescents (12-17) in a residential mental health & substance use recovery setting.

  • Provide individual, family & group therapy.

  • Conduct assessments & develop treatment plans.

  • Maintain documentation & respond to clinical emergencies.

  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
